Yup we have been busy...

SO I know I know I know...I haven't posted in a while. We have been really busy and before you know it...well the day starts all over again.

In the past month we have gotten our basement finished with new furniture and a flat screen TV. It's just amazing how much more room we have!! We also made a major purchase for our family's future by buy some gun Micky wanted. All I know is now we have to get some other gun and a large safe. Sammie is just so funny these days. Even when she is super naughty she manages to make me laugh. Her latest is the ballerina dancing. If I were to try to describe it would not do any justice. I actually cried I was laughing so hard the first three times. Finally I have gotten the video camera out to try to catch it but of course like everything she won't let me. Okay on to up load as many pictures as my computer will handle tonight because I know really that's what your looking for!

To Skate or not...

Well it was a very big weekend around here. Sammie's nanny had graduation party but it wasn't just any kind of party we went roller skating! First of all I do believe that Micky and I were way more excited than Sammie was to go roller skating. We of course had to make sure Sammie had all the right "gear" she had new Dora skates and pads. We got to the rink put the roller skates on...and Sammie freaked out. She wouldn't even go near the skate floor at all. I have one picture of Sammie in her skate and she's sitting on a video game. Well we tried... I have lots of fun photos of course.......

It's COLD outside

Let's just say it's crazy cold outside. Yesterday was a high of 8 degrees with the crazy wind is felt like -15. I have some fun pictures of Sammie in her hats for the winter months. Also have some forgotten pictures from x-mas...

It has been a busy month of January we had to finish celebrating the holidays. We had a special treat by making another trip to Skegon to see Uncle Bud and Aunt Jeanie. Of course that meant some more time with the rest of the bunch too which we can't get enough of. Sammie has grown so much this month too of course we are starting to work on the whole potty training with not much success. She said she would rather "oop in her diaper mama!" So I have bought just about every potty book they make and Sammie is happy other people use that potty. It's just not for her. Guess we'll try again later.

Yes we have been busy....

So it’s a new year and maybe I should add some updates you think! WHEW I’m not really sure were to start it has been a crazy December for us…..Micky turned 30!! So we flew to Vegas to celebrate. He was totally shocked. (I still can’t believe I pulled it off) No we did not win big but we made up for it in fun. We traveled with Micky’s sister and her husband and yes they still like us! We also got to meet Micky’s cousin Jason from California. The best time was we all went to shoot guns….OMG I was so crazy scared. Everyone had a great time. The highlight of the trip for me was the Sephora store seriously could have just dropped me off and picked me up 3 days later. I held great restraint and only bought about $70 in makeup/tools/perfume.

Now moving on to the exciting part Miss Samantha. We had a first big snow storm in December. Now remember back to when you were a kid and how much fun snow days where. Micky we pump to take Sammie sledding and throw around some snow balls. You know after we were done snow plowing the driveway which should take only a mire 20 minutes at best with the snow blower. WELL that is if the damn thing works! Sammie heard a lot of swearing out of that garage that day...my favorite was we didn't pay $500 for this piece of "crap" machine not to work when we have a "freaken" snow storm. I mean now it's funny but then BIG time serious upset. The stupid thing is still a little grouchy but Micky has figured it out (thank goodness). We did manage to have some fun that day though.....


I'm not sure if Daddy had more fun or Sammie.

Now let's see I think we had a holiday or two in there...oh yes Christmas of which I have many pictures. I'm only putting a small fraction of them on. LOL We were blessed to have a wonderful, slightly stressful but we lived through it Christmas season. Sammie was completely spoiled by that damn Santa. We are going to have to talk to that guy. She was so much fun and loved every present. She did get a little overwhelmed by opening so many gifts but she loved them all.

Well we have had a very busy month and I hope you all have had just as much fun and adventures. Yes one of the New Years Resolutions was to remember to update the blog more. So it's seven days and I'm just getting to it...well we can't do everything.

What a week....

I think this picture sums up what the last week has been like.....

There has been a lot of traveling for Thanksgiving then to visit our friends baby Jackson and Colin. Sammie has been a great little trooper never pulling out the princess naughty pants until it was just mommy and daddy! She traveled all the way to visit Grandma and Grandpa, Nana and Papa, then of course all her Aunts and Uncles. She had so much fun playing with her cousin Riley. Only witnessing one scraper fight between Brock and Riley. Which now is funny but at the time was very serious business. Oh and she almost got to witness me taking on aunt Heidi because Heidi thought I was tattling on her....(I'm sticking my tough out at you too aunt Heidi). We manage to make it home all in one piece and three very tired people.

Now the next day I was a crazy person who met her three very brave friends at 3:50 in the Kohl's parking lot. Of course I was suppose to be there at 3:30 but I failed to factor in FROST! HOWEVER what a successful venture we had so much fun. Yes even at 4:30 AM grown women turn into little giggling girls laughing at each other at just about everything. Although we parted pretty early we still manage to have lots and lots of fun. Oh and great deals don't let me forget that important detail.

This week we also had to say good bye to such a good friends. Sammie's friends Colin and baby Jackson are moving all the way to Texas. Here a lots of pictures of the three ding dongs together. Now we can't wait to see them again. We are sending them all our hugs and kisses wishing them safe travels and many happy times!

WOW 4 years!!

Can you believe we have been married for 4 whole years?? I really does seem like yesterday we met at the beer tent...ahhh love! Can you believe 4 years later we would be proud parents of princess naughty pants herself. (can you believe I found a picture of the three of us??).
